American Water Resources

American Water Resource was slow to respond to our sewer issue and sent a plumber who misdiagnosed the issue. The plumber advised repair would involve $11,000.00 in costs which included jackhammering our foundation and tearing out a tile floor. American Water Resource took four weeks to respond at which time they would only cover $700.00. We contracted our own plumber who determined the correct course of the problem which had nothing to do with our foundation and was able to repair it for a fraction of the cost. American Water Resource was unresponsive to our inquiries. We have severed our relationship with this company and advise other customers to beware of their claims for coverage.

The customer service of this company is atrocious at best. You get the runaround from obnoxious people unwilling to even try to help you. When you ask for a manager, they question you at every turn and ask why you want to speak to them then say they have no way to connect you to one. Such a scam!

This company has the worst communication ever! I bought a plan! The plan stated Water line Protection Program! I assumed it meant that all the water lines where covered if repair was needed, I was wrong there title needs to be specific as to what lines are covered! I have a water leak from my slab in my dining room, they will not cover it because I don't have the service line part of the coverage! When I called to report a repair that is what the asian told me! I immediately told them to cancel my current plan because it did not cover what I thought it did! after being sent to the cancel operator another asian hey tried to sell me the water service line program but it would take 30 days to kick in! Mean time I now have to pay for this repair out of my pocket! I told them I don't any plan with them! Beware of these crooks! I will never ever use this compant again!

The customer service is terrible. I asked for a supervisor, only to be put on hold and ignored. All the representatives are foreigners, and you can barely understand them. Don't waist your time on this company from Texas!

Ease of scheduling. Prompt arrival of techincian. The efficiency of the technician troubleshooting the issue, knowledge amd ability in fixing the isdue. The technician was courteous and professional.

I really appreciated the courtesy of your personnel. I wish I could remember their names to give them all due credit. I am giving this four stars instead of five only because my water was turned off on a Wednesday morning---and to be honest it was because of weather issues--but I did not get water back until Saturday. By Friday night, I had lost my steam heat, but luckily it was back on Saturday. So, let's make it 4-1/2 stars!

I have tried several times to get our insurance billing issue resolved. I have spoken to several representatives regarding the issue. We were told that the issue would be resolved & I requested documentation stating so. To date we have not received the requested document. The last bill was paid to the amount we were told it should be. Waiting to see what transpires. Very frustrating to say the least.

another sewer leak. called right away, received a call in 30 minutes made an appointment for the next day. plumber was on time and fixed the problem in a timely time.

Kelvin wassuper nice and respectful. He acted like someone we could be friends with. He located the leak, got the stuff to fix it, and got the repair done. He was very respectful of us and our property. We would use him again for a problem!

I had to file a claim and honestly, this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with something like this. I made the phone call and had a plumber here in less than two hours and the problem was fixed an hour after that. That is great customer service! Paying the extra monthly fee onto your water bill is worth the protection and peace of mind you will have.
