I was finally able to get the job done to my satisfaction from the 2nd plumber I asked for. Geiger plumbing had it unclogged in 20 minutes.. ( they are on the list for allowed local plumbers). I’m happy I had AWR insurance and Jacob was courteous and professional.

American Water Resources is amazing! I used to think why am I making these premium payments and all the sudden I get a phone call from my family members telling me that the main trap in the house is blocked…. What do I do?! …And then it comes to my mind that I should call American Water Resources…. They were very quick and professional… I called late at night and the help came early on the next day . What makes this experience amazing instead of being the worst headache…. Is that I had to pay nothing. Everything went back to normal and i thought that money I paid was the best investment for my peace of mind!

I am totally not pleased with this warranty and it's affiliates. 3/14/ 2025. AWRUSA has several times denied coverage and refuse to do work under my internal warranty sewer line warranty. From the 1st., claim I noticed how difficult it was, just to get someone to commit to coming out. I recommend reading reviews before taking out any warranties. There customer department are not aware of what's included in the warranties. They kept me holding on the phone for 20 minutes or more during several calls. They do not stand by there contracts. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Finally, I had to file several complaints with the BBB & the excallations department to get some of what my warranty covered. I believe they a truly ripping consumers off.

If you have sewage backing up into your house, AWR is willing to send a guy with a snake. But they absolutely refuse to do anything to diagnose the problem or take steps to resolve it.

The company did really well at processing my claim and sending a reliable Plumber out to asses the situation then approving the process of repairing the broken sewer line.

Signed up for Water line, Sewer line and in Home Plumbing after I was going to cancel due to a price increase in just my Sewer Line protection. The rep on the phone was very nice but! There is the catch... first month payment was as described but this month went up to the rate that it was going to jump for just the Sewer. Called them and they said no record of my new deal that was given to me on 3/22/25. They then started all kinds of deals which I said just canecl everything! Guy told me I am still charged the higher rate for May and maybe even June. I will never trust this company again! Dave E. NJ

The problem was solved quickly, with the provider explaining everything he was doing, and then verifying that the problem was solved. The $50 it cost me was well below the normal cost.
