After speaking with the customer representative, not too long after, a called was received by the contracted plumber. The plumber arrived within an hour. Got to work and cleared the main sewer after the third try. Everything went well and quick.

Phone call on March 14th to American Water Resource. Ultimate Drain came and serviced the sewer line. The next day more water was visible in my basement. March 15th called back American water Resource ,spoke a Carlos who stated that no one could get here before Monday March 17th. Asked for a supervisor several times to no avail. Called back same day March 15th spoke with a Gem who referred us to A. Bailey Plumming Never heard from A. Bailey although several calls were made to this company. Sunday Morning March 16th spoke with American Water Resource again to no avail. Because we were unable to get service, contact was made to AJ Perri company, who came within 2 hours and resolved the problem. We have had American Water Resource for several years and have never had an issue like this. My daughter who lives at the same address completed a survey like this one and was told that because we have to call another company, we could get reimbursed. On Wednesday April 9, 2025 I spoke with American Water Resource agent who has now refused to reimburse the service. The technicians were great. RepIr done as scheduled. We were told we should hear something out the proposal 24 to 48 hrs. It took 6 days but were very satisfied with the proposal since we had the hose and water line warranty

Everything was smooth and easy. Roots 24 was quick with their response and had us up and running quickly.

Had mainline repaired, after a week started leaking. Had to have them back out. Bad seals they said. He repaired it promptly and put everything back. Like job done right first time. They were very receptive and sent there top line guy out. So kudos to them. I’m happy with service, just didn’t like going through it twice. But I’d recommend them. Just like a car repair parts are bad. So I’ll give them a thumbs up 👍
