Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

I have recently been renovating a property and discovered a leak which has been there for some time. I spoke to AW on 4 occasions to ask for advice and provide readings and updates, and on each occasion the customer service team were excellent. They were understanding, helpful and informative. The situation has been resolved now and AW have removed almost the entire leakage cost from my bill which is excellent. They were also the only utility company who removed standing charges whilst the property was empty which again was great. Thankyou to all at AW, you made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier.

They are dishonest to the core. They have issued my daughter with a bill of £1800. Already contacted resolver and citizens advice and got nowhere. Ive traced my daughters water bills back to 2003. The debt was issued to her in a fraudelent way. In 2007 and 2008 they issued her 2 bills that were identical to her bills ( her water bills were being paid and up to date ). The 2 bills she doesnt owe were issued under a new account no. They lay dormant. She moved address and the debt was introduced , but this time they incorporated it onto her account. The fake bills had been to various debt agencies and had increased to £3500. She moved again and recieved a last bill for her previous address . An amount of £4.65. Within months the debt was reintroduced and in the past 5 years she has paid £2678 off her water bill which is now £1800. Which means she paid her genuine account and £1700 off the fake bill. Im contacting Consumer Council for water to see if they will investigate. If it doesnt get sorted i am going to take it to court

I had billing problems, but their call centre is fantastic, they eventually sorted my issue and refunded my overpayment. Lovely people to deal with, very understanding and professional.

Anglia water are such a diamond in the rough when it comes to their customer service. So many call centres never know what you're trying to ask or don't get back to you with the right information. Anglia water has an excellent online account where you can self serve completely, really intuitively. Their call centre staff are knowledgeable, polite, and the wait time is never significant. Their systems seem to work well and you even get text messages on billing information. I'm currently in the process of moving home and changing all my addresses over, Anglia water has been the most professional, and easiest to do out of them all. Well done - it's so rare to see

Over charged me double, so I rung them to give them meter reading. Before I rung, they have sent someone for meter reading, the reading was same as I reads, and they told me that my reading was right and they will make a another bill for me, after a month time they send me a payment overdue letter so I rung them again Explain everything again, same again they say they will make a another bill for me. Surprised another two weeks time, no no no still no regenerated bill. I am thinking wheather they going to send penalty letter next time.

Fantastic service, called one day to report faulty sewer cover and surrounding area. Anglian water came out within 2 hrs and then fixed the next day. Highly recommend there service and commitment.

Had a drainage problem outside property boundary. Rang and spoke to a number of very pleasant and helpful ladies who organised a technician who arrived within a couple of hours. He was both pleasant and efficient and quickly resolved the issue and left the place tidy and the drians working correctly.
