Charge me double
Over charged me double, so I rung them to give them meter reading. Before I rung, they have sent someone for meter reading, the reading was same as I reads, and they told me that my reading was right and they will make a another bill for me, after a month time they send me a payment overdue letter so I rung them again Explain everything again, same again they say they will make a another bill for me. Surprised another two weeks time, no no no still no regenerated bill. I am thinking wheather they going to send penalty letter next time.
