Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Great Service Had a repair team from Anglian Water repairing two drains - Craig Arran & David with an organiser named Kim. My wife and I found them to be polite, hardworking and ultra considerate to nearby neighbours. The completed work was to a very high standard - thank you Anglian Water.

Happy to rip off customers during a national crisis, ignored my husbands messages regarding putting our payments up. Seem to be perfectly ok to put people further into debt. Not impressed

They deliver work cards for meters that aren't mine, then send me bills for properties I no longer own. It took them 7 years to fix a leak they always claimed was a spring, which ran like a bath tap all that time. Useless!

I have tried to find out who you are after you sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers when you found out about my husband’s passing after you called me the other day asking if the work had been done satisfactory and this is when I told you. Today I received the flowers and I just wanted to thank you so much as the thought of a stranger being so kind just overwhelmed me. Once again thank you so much you have made my day. Responded and attended quickly to a burst meter. Had 4 visits from different departments within 3 day's. All teams were professional and polite. Cant fault the service from the call handler to the final plumber visit. Thank you AW.

My seven year battle with them over a leaking meter is now resolved, with full reimbursement and the most wonderful and unpredictable gift sent as an apology for the time it took. Did that really compensate seven years of frustration and put-downs? Yes, it did. Better still, it shows me the service has improved beyond measure now. Just a shame that you can seldom talk to the same person twice.

What a fantastic company! I’ve not had to make contact but whenever I have they have been outstanding in dealing with queries. Billing is so straight forward. As soon as a metre reading is submitted a bill is generated! So refreshing! They don’t even really have to maintain this level of service as they don’t have competitors who can take the customers which just makes it even more impressive. Thanks for being a bill which has no stress!

I've never had a problem with Anglian Water and today I had to contact them due to my estate agent mistakenly notifying my suppliers that I had moved home. The agent I spoke to (Luke) understood the problem immediately and came back with a resolution quickly and had everything set back up again correctly. Just wanted to review because I thought the customer service here was very good and that's worth commending. Thank you
