Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Just want to say how brilliant Anglian Water Employees were both today and yesterday. Having reported an external supply leak during Covid, they turned up to review the issue, provided a team who then subsequently identified a mains leak. During a number of other wider issues to resolve the problem the team both today and yesterday were so polite and professional. Really great job and thanks v much for the bottled water during the water supply being off - you didn’t need to but really was v much appreciated and a genuinely great job. Thank you.

Called Anglian Water for support relating to a blocked drain on my property. The job was logged and I was told someone would be out within 24 hours. Within three hours an engineer has arrived at my property, investigated and resolved the issue. He was friendly, polite and quick to fix my problem.

I understand the need to close Grafham water due to ongoing virus situation but when you are told you can’t walk you dog down path from car park (I live in village of Perry) and then immediately let runner through seems a bit one rule for one and not the other. Asked what the criteria was to get through and was told he needs to get home to Grafham and can’t ask him to run on roads, not quite sure why he couldn’t just turn round and run back the way he came? I know this is a small thing in the scheme of things at the moment but I thought we were supposed to be in this together.

We have suffered with this company for oved 20 years with low pressure, when ever we have a hot spell or zero temperatures the water pressure is dropped, they have given every excuse possible despite the fact we live 100 yards from a local reservoir, They used to make essential maintenance whilst my wife was on home dialysis despite being on an alert list. They would switch off and send dirty water through the machine causing my wife to make an emergency 100 mile round trip to Oxford for dialysis. They take our money for rates and also take the mick, We have had two boilers blow up in the past when water presssure was suddenly raised causing boiler to think water was running and causing gas to fire up and expand the heat exchanger. Actually got depressed arguing with them time and again, guess what we had zero temperature this week and water dribbled out again, they are simply preserving pipes from damage without giving a toss about us. Going to inform everybody this week and going to take them to court which they have NO defense against, they have one job to do and that is supply water, No doubt they will respond to this with another fantastic excuse, still no water though!
