Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Following the heavy rain on Saturday Evening we unfortunately had to call the Anglian Water helpline due to blocked drains. From start to finish we were met by a very helpful & efficient service from the lady who took the call to the knights in shining armour who turned up Simon Francis & his apprentice Grace Ward, polite, helpful, efficient an asset to Anglian Water, many thanks for solving the issue & putting our minds at rest on a very wet Saturday evening.

Our shared drain blocked last week. The neighbour emailed AWA asking for the drains in front of our row of semis to be cleared. There was no reply but last night, at 9.30pm, a young guy turned up and jetted the drains (note, in accordance with the Regs, the last house at the start of the run is not covered). He did a great job, was courteous and helpful. Thank you very much AWA! It's good to know we still have organisations we can depend on.

I cannot recommend their customer service team enough! Phoning for another issue I was informed of a rise in my bill by one of their team (will) he advised me to do a leak test. After doing said test and fixing the issue I phoned this morning and spoke to another member of the team (Megan) who was extremely helpful in getting me a leak allowance and sorting my billing issue. Both times I have called in the past week they have been amazingly helpful I would definitely recommend speaking with them if you have an issue.

I wish to thank Jeanna for her excellent patience, understanding and help whilst calling about my father-in-laws billing situation on 14.08.20. She explained the situation clearly and helped set up putting him onto metering to save approximately £200 per year on his future bills.

It's a scam! They target people based off postcode and last names and discriminate against them. Bills go up every couple of months and they brush it off by saying it's all meter readings when consumption keeps going down. They triple their charge for no reason. It's disgusting. I hope they get replaced soon. I'm looking into suing them.

I would like to thank Anglian Water for their extremely efficient service today. I called them up at about 9am to report an issue with our mains sewer, and they have responded and fixed the issue less than 4 hours later. Very good service and thank you Anglian Water.

Two gentlemen came to my property at today 24/07/20 - they went above and beyond to find a blockage running from my downstairs toilet. They located it using a camera and I now have a fully running system. Cant praise them enough.

I was checking my water meter myself because Agalian water could not read the meter due to the current crisis which is understandable so it was estimated. Upon checking the meter I found that the meter was going round while there were no taps on I rang them straight away and they talked me through on whether the leak is before or after the meter they did a fantastic job and adjusted my bill to reflect the leak and the call centre staff are always very helpful.
