Faye Travel Insurance Reviews

While I was fortunate to not need the monetary benefits of Faye Travel Insurance, I really appreciated the trip tracking with notifications about my flights. I had not expected the constant contact and I really appreciated that.

Seamless booking the the insurance required for our trip

Great scenic cruise thru Alaska, especially loved Glacier Bay. We stayed healthy and our travel was smooth coming and going.

Our one experience with Faye was completely worth the price of admission! We had an emergency medical situation in a new city in a country we had just arrived in and Faye/Air Doctor sent a local doctor to our hotel room within one hour! Wow. Diagnosed and prescribed right there. The doctor even drove me to the pharmacy where I could get the Rx filled! Well worth the price paid for this service and for peace of mind. I will get Faye again.

It was simple and easy to shop, select, and purchase travel insurance. The app is easy too. The only issue I had is that the app would not stop notifying me that it was time to check in for my flights. No matter how much I declined or deleted the reminder (since I had checked in), it continued to remind me. That was annoying.

We appreciated the timely updates that Faye provided us concerning our flights

Had a good time but one member did not come

Well I didn’t have to use you. That means I didn’t have any trouble.

Good coverage for the cost of policy. Thank you!

We never had to use the insurance.

Easy & convenient

Why do they never reply to my reviews? I've been fighting with this unprofessional company for over 4 months to get a claim paid, but they keep denying it simply because I'm following the terms and conditions of their policy. They are asking for more documentation to verify my claim. This, with the only purpose of postponing my case. What "professional" company are you talking about Faye?

Knowing you had us covered in the event extreme weather canceled our plans

Travel was great! Both LA and Mexico City made customs and immigration really easy! Only our last flight on Alaska was delayed but only an hour. We like Faye and will use it again.

I didn’t need the insurance so it went great!

Great easy process.

Faye has got a simple, intuitive interface, and the pricing appears to beat AIG and Allianz.

My trip was excellent and I did not need doctors.

I felt really good having this insurance while traveling

Made me feel less anxious as a solo traveler to know I was covered from flight to train to car rental to Airbnb rentals. Loved the bonus offerings like tracking all my flights in one place and the Welcome pick-up offering for Rome!
