Faye Travel Insurance Reviews

Faye Travel is the best. You are doing everything right. Communication is the #1 thing for me & you did that perfectly. Thank you for giving us the peace of mind of knowing we were protected against unforseen circumstances. It made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Easy to sign up. Reasonable prices.

Very easy to select the coverage we were looking for and pricing was reasonable.

Its impossible to tell. We didn't have an event, so didn't need to call, etc.

I loved the features included in your app. My one disappointment was I could not use the e-Sim card so I spent $14 on a product I could not use.

Luckily the trip went very well. We didn't need Faye for anything. But it was nice knowing we had some support should anything happen. The insurance was a small cost for peace of mind. We will use the service again in the future.

Fast service with options for any traveler. Thankfully we did not need to use the insurance but grateful to know we had coverage in case of emergency.

I was sent an itinerary and reminders every step of my travels! I love using the app. It helps so much with flights, hotel accommodations, etc.

We didn’t have any reason to contact you! But knowing you were there on my phone was nice.

I just starting using Faye for travel insurance this past month on a trip to Canada to hike. I felt very comfortable knowing I had that resource in case I was injured during the trip. Luckily I did not need to use it but there were several times I came close to an injury. I will use it for every trip!

Easy and knowing that you're honest. Last time my wife used you and had a few issues and you did a great job with reimbursement. Todah

I bought the insurance last minute on the day of travel and it was simple and easy. Luckily I didn’t need to use it.

So easy to get and affordable. Unfortunately I got sick during the trip. Just needed to send pictures of the Doctor's visit and the medicine receipt. Faye just took care of everything beautifully. I will use Faye next time when I travel. I also plan to tell all of my friends and relatives of the fantastic service!

They kept us up to date on all the different locations.

With an expensive trip the price was well worth it for the peace of mind.

Great staff

very straightforward and simple enrollment process, convenient and accurate travel updates

No problems on the trip so everything was great.

Faye Travel Insurance offers good coverage , but the claims process was confusing and customer support slow to respond

Easy app use and great tools for use in foreign countries visited.
