Why do they never reply to my reviews
Why do they never reply to my reviews? I've been fighting with this unprofessional company for over 4 months to get a claim paid, but they keep denying it simply because I'm following the terms and conditions of their policy. They are asking for more documentation to verify my claim. This, with the only purpose of postponing my case. What "professional" company are you talking about Faye?
