Unfortunately, the shipper had an accident with the case and several bottles broke. After it was returned, WS took the extra effort and were able to source the broken bottles even though they were sold out. Ask for Agent Shiraz - the best customer service you could ask for!

I have been purchasing wine through Wine Spies for several years and have purchased several dozen cases through them always with excellent quality. However, upon recently opening a bottle of Chardonnay I discovered it was corked. I contacted customer service and was promptly contacted by Agent Blanc who immediately issued a credit to my account for the bottle. His responsiveness and quick resolution was outstanding. I would strongly recommend Wine Spies for their excellent value and customer support.

So I placed my first order with Wine Spies recently and like most cases, I didn't read all the pertinent information :) I thought the order would be immediately generated. After a few days when I didn't receive a tracking number, I sent an email to support asking why. Agent Shiraz quickly got back to me and explained that my order was placed in a locker and Operatives wait to fill their locker. When you ship a full locker, you don't pay shipping. He said since this is my first order he'll waive the shipping. So I shipped a partial locker and was charged $41. When I mentioned this to Agent Shiraz he quickly credited the charge. I'm a big fan of good customer service and my first experience with Wine Spies was very positive. Thank You!!

Always love the great wines and fantastic deals from WineSpies. Customer service is fantastic too. I recently emailed to see if there was any more allocation of a wine I particularly liked but was not up on the site anymore. Agent Moscato promptly found me 3 more reserve bottles and sent them my way. Keep it up. You guys are great!
I've purchased several cases over the years from Wine Spies, and the wines have always been excellent quality, especially at the discounted prices. Recently one of the bottles I purchased was corked (it happens) and when I e-mailed requesting a credit, Agent Shiraz promptly credited the bottle price to my account.
