Love the customer service from Wine Spies! I trust these guys to do the right thing every time, including overlooking my online user errors e.g., forgot to uncheck ice pack in shipment, failure to change shipping address before hitting the send button, etc. I became a member in autumn of last year and thus far, have ordered about 5 lockers of wines. (12 bottles in each locker means free shipping). They have good pricing on California wines, some from pretty elite wineries too, and is much more flexible than joining any wine clubs. For the first time, I opened an abnormally thin and acidic Pinot Noir from them. They gave me $ credit in my account without question. (Agent Moscato was prompt in response and works after 5pm!). It’s helpful to provide some photos of the bottle and color of wine in glass. Anyway, Wine Spies holds customer interest at heart. For that reason alone, you would want to work with them.

I submitted an inquiry via the Support portal, and received a prompt, courteous response from Agent Shiraz. I finally had an issue with WineSpies. Everything has been stellar with them so far and their prices can't be beat! But everyone eventually has a hiccup. This was a very slight hiccup but that didn't stop Agent Brut from stepping in and taking control and getting it fixed in minutes! The service from these guys is impeccable. Tons of businesses are suffering from a lack of customer service because many people just don't care. Wine Spies is the exact opposite. It seems like these guys love their jobs and they show it by being very very good at it.

I've been purchasing wine from them for a while now and think they have such a great platform; whereby you build up cases which ship for free! I have mail ordered wine for years. I can say I have never encountered such aggressive pricing on fantastic wines from all over the globe and a team that is so responsive. I email “Agent Shiraz” who responds within minutes to any question I’ve had and any immediately. A real five star experience!!

Agent Shiraz straightened out a problem with my account, no sweat. I like the way this company allows customers to keep wine orders in a "locker" until you have a case, and then will ship it when the customer wants.
