Great Customer Service!!
So I placed my first order with Wine Spies recently and like most cases, I didn't read all the pertinent information :) I thought the order would be immediately generated. After a few days when I didn't receive a tracking number, I sent an email to support asking why. Agent Shiraz quickly got back to me and explained that my order was placed in a locker and Operatives wait to fill their locker. When you ship a full locker, you don't pay shipping. He said since this is my first order he'll waive the shipping. So I shipped a partial locker and was charged $41. When I mentioned this to Agent Shiraz he quickly credited the charge. I'm a big fan of good customer service and my first experience with Wine Spies was very positive. Thank You!!
