Wine Spies offers great wine at great prices. Anyone buying wine will occasionally find one that is corked. When this just happened Wine Spies fixed the issue right away by replacing the wine for me. Cheers to a great company

WineSpies is all around great. Great wine and service is super responsive if issues arise.

I thoroughly enjoy using wine spies they have some great deals and they also produce somen amazing wines from the top wineries and wine makers in the world.

Made an error in requesting shipping before my case was at 12 bottles. Made contact with service and they were able to correct my error and credit fees changed. Thrilled!

There was a delivery exception with my order. Wine Spies was quick to act and kept me up to date on each step of the process. After the shipment was reviewed, wine spies took all the right steps make sure wi es were replaced, credited and the order was re shipped. Great Customer Service.

I have been a long time customer of Wine Spies. Their business model is unique in that they offer a new wine selection every day which you can add to a “locker” until you reach 12 bottles. At that point they will ship your locker for FREE! The wine selections are excellent and cheaper than going to a liquor store. Recently I made a mistake in giving them the wrong delivery address. I contacted Agent Shiraz who kindly redirected my order even though it cost him shipping costs to do so. Agent Shiraz is great to work with. Always quick to respond and they will take care of you. Only flaw with winespies is their shipping to TN takes 2-3 weeks. Other competitors it only takes 2 days to get to me. But I will continue using them as long as the deals keep coming!

I’m new to Wine Spies but my experience thus far has been great. Wine offerings are exciting and a bit hard to refuse. Agent Blanc was a huge help finding a wine I missed as well. Would def recommend
