Excellent customer support
I have been purchasing wine through Wine Spies for several years and have purchased several dozen cases through them always with excellent quality. However, upon recently opening a bottle of Chardonnay I discovered it was corked. I contacted customer service and was promptly contacted by Agent Blanc who immediately issued a credit to my account for the bottle. His responsiveness and quick resolution was outstanding.
