Great price for wine but had some minor issues placing the order. I emailed Wine Spies at 11:00 Pm Eastern the evening of the Memorial Day Holiday, and didn’t expect to hear back until the next 1-2 business days. Instead, I received an email from AGENT MOSCATO within minutes and my order issue was quickly resolved. In these days of lousy customer care, this AGENT for Wine Spies provided a singular experience!

We had some friends over last night for a wine night. We ran thru several styles/regions and at one point, decided to open a Bordeaux. We selected Château Castera 2015 Médoc Crus Bourgeois and popped the cork; much to our dismay, the bottle was corked. We opened the second bottle of the same label and it too, was corked. We were quite bummed, but moved onto another Bordeaux. Meanwhile, as we are carrying on, I decided to reach out to wine spies (where I purchased these) to see if anyone else had reported issues with these bottles, or if we were just the unlucky ones. Being a holiday weekend, I fully expected not to hear back until the following week; not only did wine spies reply immediately, on a Friday night (before a holiday) mind you, but Agent Moscato sincerely apologized for the unfortunate situation, but credited my account for both bottles?!? Outstanding "customer service" is not a strong enough descriptor for how wine spies treats their customers. I love this site!
I have been a customer for sometime now and these folks never disappoint! Oh by the way, they offer fabulous wines at a great price. Agent Blanc gets a 100 rating in the customer service department.

My locker arrived and I was disappointed to find a bottle was missing. The packing was damaged and some bottles were jumbled and scattered in the box; I emailed Wine Spies and within 30 minutes Agent Moscato replied and made things right. He gave me a credit for the missing bottle (the one I ordered was unavailable) and assured me they were very sorry for the inconvenience. I’m very happy with their response and I feel confident that they stand by their products and service. Great way to buy excellent wine at a discount! Thank you Agent Moscato!
