Best wine buying experience so far! Very helpful customer service as well. I have dealt with Agent Shiraz a few times and they have been awesome.

I made an inadvertent order and Agent Blanc resolved the problem quickly.

If you really like good wine, this is a place to pay attention. WineSpies is always coming up with some amazing buys. I have yet to be disappointed. They just seem to find deals from small boutique wineries, and sometimes even the big ones too. I pick and choose carefully and buy one or two and add them to my locker until I come up with a full case. They get all 5 stars from me.

Absolutely the best wine deals on the planet. Imagine looking for premium wines from Napa and Alexander Valleys at the wineries or resellers and finding 98 point wines at 66% off! What about a 100 point Opus One or Dominous for a discount only your uncle who owns a major wine store could let one go for? Nowhere but Wine Spies and real people answer your questions. Just ask for Agent Shiraz, or one of the other helpful real time staff. But be quick, because supplies are always limited and often sell out in hours or even minutes.

Excellent wine choices, pricing substantially lower than other sites, and if there any problems associated with a given order, they quickly resolve in a timely and customer focused fashion. Highly recommend this site to all wine lovers.

I've purchased wine from several online vendors, but this was my first experience with Wine Spies. Unfortunately, the case of wine I bought was bad. I emailed Customer Service and received a prompt reply from Agent Shiraz, who apologized for the issue, issued me a credit for the bottles I had tried, and advised me to try one more. When I did and it was bad, Agent Shiraz sent a return shipping label and credited my account. Although I'm disappointed the wine was bad, I can't imagine better Customer Service.

All my wine purchases come through Wine Spies. Great deals, direct to the point and accurate descriptions and a real person responds when I have a question. If there is an error, they correct it. I can not wait to try out the most recent 5 case delivery!

Been a fan of this service for a couple years, have bought a handful of cases over that time. The concept of 'lockers' is sharp :) Only have ever returned one bottle that I ordered by accident, and Agent Shiraz responded quickly and addressed the request.

Easily my favorite wine buying service. Wide selection ranges from little known hidden gem producers to deals on cult names. Shipping is fast and the very few times I’ve needed customer service they are immediately responsive and take great care of you. Agent Shiraz in particular.

Agent Shiraz was fast to respond —- trying to track a UPS order with UPS is impossible—no phone numbers and no helpful info on line — just one big circle. Agent Shiraz found my package and we got it next day — hooray 🍷 Love Wine Spies ❤️ My only issue is I’ve told too many of my friends and they are sniping my favorite wines all the time — oh well — share and share alike 😊
