Wine Spies is an incredible find for the wine lover! I have my first case arriving tomorrow and a second case in a week. The prices and daily specials have been impossible to beat. WS ordering process is simple, easy, fast, and holding in a locker brilliant.

You know that dreadful moment when the UPS driver pulls a mangled box off of the truck…well nothing to fear with The Wine Spies and Agent Blanc on the case. They were quick to respond when I contacted them and were able to replace my order!

I needed to change the shipping address for my full locker. I left a message at the website late last night (especially given the time change) and got a really quick response this morning from Agent Blanc taking care of it. You made it really easy!
We had wine delivered and one of the bottles had an issue with the cork/taste. I contacted Agent Blanc and he immediately refunded me for the bottle and it was a quick response to my ticket. Very much appreciated.

The reply to my issue was dealt with promptly. However, I would request a quicker on line means of correcting a mistake. The shipment reached nearly to my home before it was recalled.
A shipment was returned to Wine Spies d/t damage evidently before it even got to me and Agent Shiraz made sure that my new locker will be shipped when I can accept it. Very helpful to ensure my order will be received soon! I love their wines! I have not had a bad one yet! Fun to get wines I’ve never heard of!

5 stars is not enough. The selection is great, the prices the lowest you can find, but above all the customer service is off the hook. I just posted a couple of weeks ago about the stellar service I have been receiving from Agent Malbec for years. A couple of days ago I had a need to open a new ticket to their support staff. This time the issue was worked by Agent Shiraz. As I had guessed my order did not ship on the expected date because of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, Agent Malbec confirmed that was indeed what had happened. This was due to the shipping company, and was not in anyway the fault of the Wine Spies. I let him know I completely understood and this did not reflect poorly on his company. Despite this he still made a very generous gesture to thank me for understanding and for being such a loyal, longtime customer. You just don't see this kind of customer appreciation anymore. They never cease to impress.
Wines spies is consistently the best wine service out there. Their offering are only matched by their service. Recently, I had a question about shipping. I reached out via their app and within minutes, Agent Shiraz to the rescue. Prompt, thorough, and polite response answered my question and reminded me how Wine Spies always over delivers.
