I am fairly new to Wine Spirs and I had a problem with a delivery charge, it was supposed to be free and they were trying to charge me $32.25 . My Agent was Shiraz and within a half hour he had gotten the charge taken off and my wine shipped. Shiraz did a great job!

Have been a consistent contented customer of Wine Spies for several years. They provide an interesting and varied selection of wines at very reasonable prices, across all price points. However, where i think they truly shine is their customer service. They are quick to address & resolve any issues wether ith is on their responsibility or mine !! I know I probably own more wine then I could drink in my lifetime but, i will continue to be a loyal customer of Wine Spies.

I have been using Wine Spies for several years, and I am blown away by the quality, selection and price point of the wines they offer every day. But even more impressive than that is their customer service. Very responsive and accommodating and working hard to make sure that I am satisfied. During the very hot spell across much of the US in the early fall, they proactively reached out to suggest delaying my shipment, which I very much appreciated. And as the weather cooled down, Agent Shiraz was very helpful in getting my shipment out the door so it arrived before we left town on a brief trip. Bottom line: Great wines, good value, wonderful people.

Wine Spies had a glitch in some system which caused a problem with one of my orders. No one likes a problem, but the key takeaway is that a real Agent Shiraz responded, addressed the problem, and implemented a solution to make it 100% right. Always a great experience with Wine Spies. I just wish they would go back too when they would ship 6 bottles free instead of 12. I used too be a regular customer until they made the shipping change.

I had two cases coming to me, one locker case and one mystery case (to help me with my blind tastings for WSET Level III). I received the mystery case in a speedy manner. However, the locker case did not show up. I inquired about said locker case, and Agent Blanc dropped everything to research it. I had an answer within a few hours! WTG, Agent Blanc! Thank you for your time, efforts, and support and communication throughout the whole process. I received my locker case yesterday and everything looks great. Now which one to open first?! 🤔🧐🍾🥂🍷 cheers!

Have not gotten any update on my order . It is comming up on a month , No phone # to call ? . I check on the status nad says prepairing to ship ? I submitted a ticket but says my email or order # are worng .. Not happy with the service at this point .

Agent Shiraz, thank you! I messed up the delivery address on a shipment that had already been sent out for delivery. No one was going to be at that wrong address to sign for the wine delivery for another several months. Agent Shiraz jumped to action, contacted the shipping partner and convinced them to disassemble the pallet my package was on at the next shipping hub, and reroute it to the updated address. Order saved!

My first order with Wine Spies was fraught with problems: original wine was canceled by the winery and our order was switched to a new wine. That wine was delivered to our house while we were out of town instead of the UPS Store we instructed them to deliver. The wine sat outside because the GSO driver signed my name indicating I received it. A second shipment was sent to the UPS Store and Wine Spies recalled the first shipment without notifying us and we had UPS at our doorstep picking up wine without our knowledge. Such a disaster should not earn 5 stars but in the end Wine Spies went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Without me asking, they refunded my money, issued credits to my account and added some wine to my locker. That is going above and beyond the call of duty and they recaptured (wine spy lingo) a lost customer and perhaps now have a customer for life. Way to save the day, Agent Crush. Wine Spies went from 1 star to 5 stars.
