There was a delivery issue that was 100% the fault of UPS. Agent Blanc to the rescue! Even though the dude was sick a dog w/ the flu, he rose the ocassion, intervened on my behalf and saved the day. Best customer service I've ever seen! Dave

I had a recent delivery issue where FedEx did not keep the wine at a cool temperature. The box arrived with a temperature well over 100 degrees and was ruined. I contacted WineSpies and Agent Blanc handled it! Agent Blanc replaced the wine with similar wines since what I selected was no longer available. Great Customer Service! Great Wine Values!

Update: After 2 weeks, we were able to locate our order. Order was delivered and all okay. Disappointed in all of the time spent trying to track down an order, but hopefully next experience is better. Wine spies said order was delivered to a third party receiver. Called third party receiver to p/u wine, no order for in my name received by them. Paid for 12 bottles of wine, none received. Winespies, I am not able to respond to your reply. I had been dealing with Agent Blanc before the responses stopped.

Had an issue that I didn’t realize magnum sizes can’t be kept in the locker and had placed the order without that knowledge. Agent Shiraz came to the rescue and reimbursed me for the shipping costs for the misunderstand. I was surprised and delighted! Very excited to find wine spies, I use the app and now check it every day.

The offerings, the price and the customer service are all outstanding. The lockers with free shipping and available ice packs is brilliant! More than 95% of my wine collection is from Wine Spies. The only constructive criticism I can offer is to work on the website. I have difficulty searching previous purchases. The ability to copy and paste would make that process much easier.
