I recently received excellent service from Agent Shiraz (not their real name…) for a couple bottles I purchased and didn’t like after tasting. I was credited and saved the hassle of returning the unopened bottle. Additionally, my email was answered on Thanksgiving Day, how refreshing to get customer service that exceeds expectations!

Love the discounts…but when it came to an issue there was a person that was able to correct it.

Agent Blanc responded in a timely manner and addressed my concern. I really appreciate that you can get support from a real person at wine spies

My recent experience with Wine Spies customer service (Agent Blanc) is the same as before - excellent! They respond quickly and always take care of the customer. Agent Blanc was awesome (order status question). I'm not a big fan of chat or email customer service, however this company does it right - no delays or frustration getting issues resolved.

Great wines & great prices... do I really need to say anything else about Wine Spies?? I recently bought a case where a promo code didn't work correctly (it didn't stop me from buying the case!) and Agent Blanc immediately took care of the issue and I ended up with a better deal than I expected. Buy a case today and find out for yourself!

In my Wine Spies Era Wine Spies has elevated my collection and collecting. I've been able to try some new to me wines knowing they will be excellent representations of the style to find new favorites. The locker option is great! I can build a case over however long it takes and hold the shipment if needed. Agent Blanc was a great help letting me know when my next locker is set to ship

My experience with wine spies has been amazing. They have incredible deals and their customer service is top notch. I use to think wine text was the best wine platform out there but wine spies is the real deal.

An amazing company that sells incredible wine for a fraction of the price you would find in a store. You can select wines to add to lockers and held until you assemble a case, if you like. The shipping is fast and the wines are always better than advertised. Customer service is excellent (my most recent great service came from Agent Shiraz). There are a lot of online wine sellers, but Wine Spies is head and shoulders above the rest!

Excellent response time to my question. Service is terrific, prices more than competitive. I only wish the wine store had more wines listed. Also, sometimes when I order an "expensive" (to me) bottle, it would be nice not to have to wait until I have a full case to ship. It would be better to get it now!

I had a question about a specific wine I received. I received a very quick reply from Agent Malbec, who was very helpful in investigating the issue, and timely followed up until the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Excellent customer service.
