Quick resolution to issues!
I’ve been a Wine Spies customer for a bit now, and continued to be impressed by their customer service. In my last shipment, I unfortunately had a corked bottle and Agent Blanc was quick to respond and take care of it. Given such a vast customer group, they seem to have found a way to keep support responsive and personal, which is much appreciated. Thank you!
