I tried to order 6 btles of OnQ cab on Sat Dec 28 but the default quantity was 3. Sent an email to Wine Spies then found out that the company is closed on weekends. Agent Shiraz responded to my email this morning Dec 30, and was able to find 6 btles for me and put them in my cart to purchase (web site showed ‘sold out’ Sat evening.). Agent Shiraz was very responsive! Thank you

I have been a Wine Spies customer for a number of years. Their customer service is fantastic. I live in Arizona so summer shipping is an issue but they always are on top of that. Today I made a purchase and then realized I forgot to use a coupon code. I sent in a ticket and Agent Shiraz got right back to me and credited me the discount. They didn’t have to do so, it was my fault, but they did anyway. Agent Shiraz rocks! They have good deals on wines at all price point levels. Great way to try new wines.
