Agent Blanc resolved my issue in a timely manner. Agent Blanc was able to give a credit to my account when I forgot to apply a promo code.

First time ordering from Wine Spies, and it literally shipped the same day I filled my case! (I ordered 12 of the same bottles just for clarification). I was thinking it would come in the next few weeks, but then I got an alert that it was getting delivered to my office on NY eve (4 days from today.) I panicked since my office is closed that day and I really wanted to receive the wine and be sure I’m there to sign for it. I immediately sent out a support ticket and literally heard back from Agent Shiraz within 10 minutes of sending it while I was deeply researching on the FedEx site how to reroute my package. Agent Shiraz changed my date to Jan 2. It was $20 to change the date but Agent Shiraz waived it. I am amazed how quick of a response I got and how helpful the support was! I’ve ordered a few times from Last Bottle Wines and I literally just twiddle my thumbs to see when I ever hear back about my wine shipping. I sent an email to Last Bottle yesterday morning and still haven’t heard a peep about when to expect my wine. Touché, Wine Spies! You win my loyalty!

A big thanks to Agent Blanc for acting quickly to replace my locker shipment that was lost. My replacement case is on its way and I should have it soon.

Consistently absolutely fantastic values on a superb selection ! And the customer service is second to none (which is getting hard to find these days). If, by chance, anything is amiss with an order (infrequently as it is ...), they are exceptionally responsive and will, without fail, make it right. So I placed order to ship a case of wine on December 5. Checked several times but always "pending". Emailed on December 19...where's my order? Reply...missed last shipment to NY but we will 2 day ship via Fed Ex. It did arrive via UPS on December 24....just in time for Xmas! Thank you.

I had a bad bottle I’d purchased and contacted the Wine Spies team (first bad bottle in many purchases over the past few years). Agent Shiraz was my contact and could not have been better to work with. Offered me the same wine that was bad or a refund. Thanks agent Shiraz! The wine arrived by UPS totally destroyed. I sent a note in to have some remedy and received a response within 20 mins. Agent Shiraz was on top of my issue. I received a credit plus $20 Exactly what I had asked for. Customer service was exemplary Sad about the destroyed wine however Agent Shiraz made up for that.

Very quick response with a plan of action to replace the bottles mishandled by FedEx. I did not figure I would be able to get those bottle from my locker replaced and was pleasantly surprised that Wine Spies could do that.
