Helpful in a timely manner
Thank you Agent Shiraz for helping me to divert a problem. I placed an order and it went through. Then I realized my credit card in my account was no longer good because it was compromised. I immediately reached out to Wine Spies to have them correct the updated credit card and they were able to do it very quickly! It allowed them to cancel my original order and place it again with the new card! Saved me a good wine!!! Thank you Agent Shiraz. Your help was much appreciated!!
