Delayed shipping fixed by Agent Blanc
So I placed order to ship a case of wine on December 5. Checked several times but always "pending". Emailed on December 19...where's my order? Reply...missed last shipment to NY but we will 2 day ship via Fed Ex. It did arrive via UPS on December 24....just in time for Xmas! Thank you.
