The app it’s confusing when you try to remove items from your order also at checkout the option to ship it’s not friendly users. Wine selections are great but because of the checkout process I usually end up buying from other sources

Besides their amazing wine offerings and the best prices anywhere, their customer service is above and beyond any other site. 99% of my orders of hundreds of bottles have gone through without a hitch. In my recent delivery though, just had a pretty expensive order get lost by the shipper for the first time. Highly unusual but it happens. Regardless, with absolutely no questions asked nor delays, Agent Moscato offered to credit my Spies account or refund my credit card for the full order amount. I’ve been buying wine from Wine Spies for quite some time now. Their prices are unbeatable, the quality of wine that they select is excellent, and their customer service is also top-tier. Unfortunately, in the wine world you occasionally get a bottle that has been tainted for one reason or another. That’s just a normal occurrence and has nothing to do with the quality of the vendor. After 80+ bottles with Wine Spies, this has happened to me twice and both times the customer service agents at Wine Spies were quick to respond to me and quick to make the situation right. What more could you ask for?! They are great all the way around! I highly recommend using wine spies to take you deeper into the world of wine!

Wine Spies is an outstanding service for wine buyers... getting access to limited access and high-quality wines at amazing prices. I love the ability to buy lower quantities and store in a locker until you have a full case and then receive free shipment. I've been working with them for years. Equally as good is the exceptional customer service. Stuff happens in any business, but when it does, there is always a real person on the other end who tries to do the right thing. Just one example: I recently had two cases delayed as a few bottles in each had winery warehouse issues. Agent Shiraz stepped in, reconfigured the shipment to get me a case expedited, and stuff I could wait for will follow. All in about an hour. Well done!... and much appreciated!

Due to bogeys encountered in [REDACTED], my package from Wine Spies HQ was compromised [REDACTED] field band and burn operation. Agent Shiraz was deployed as cleaner agent to [REDACTED]. Agent Shiraz performed admirably under fire and should receive the appropriate agency commendations.

I mistakenly shipped my wine locker to the incorrect address. Agent Shiraz quickly replied to my inquiry and was able to redirect the shipment to the correct address.
