Excellent wines and excellent customer service
I’ve been buying wine from Wine Spies for quite some time now. Their prices are unbeatable, the quality of wine that they select is excellent, and their customer service is also top-tier. Unfortunately, in the wine world you occasionally get a bottle that has been tainted for one reason or another. That’s just a normal occurrence and has nothing to do with the quality of the vendor. After 80+ bottles with Wine Spies, this has happened to me twice and both times the customer service agents at Wine Spies were quick to respond to me and quick to make the situation right. What more could you ask for?! They are great all the way around! I highly recommend using wine spies to take you deeper into the world of wine!
