White Stores - The Outdoor Living Store Reviews

Brought an L shaped garden furniture from this store. It was faulty and warped on delivery. We waited 1.5 hours on live chat and have emailed them the photos showing the fault. We have been advised it will be five days before someone can come back to us. Hoping for a good outcome.

You can tell a good company when they fix a problem in a courteous and efficient manner. Thankyou to Ryan for his quick and effective resolution to the problem I had with a damaged new parasol.

This is my second experience buying with White Stores, and all I can say is their customer service and products are excellent. This time I did have a small issue which was resolved very quickly, and they offered me a reduction immediately for my hassle. I will always look to buy from White Stores for any future purchases.

Happy with delivery. Putting it together was fairly simple. The cushions are very nice quality. Unfortunately the sofas don’t actually match but not a problem when the cushions are on. The feet make black marks on our porcelain patio slabs when moving it but luckily it does clean off. Might be better if they were made of a different product.

Very good product meeting all expectations. Only criticism was the unclear fitting instructions. Resulted in having to phone the store where I purchased the pergola and got the manager to help by explaining clearly.

Ordered Duke Nova Outdoor Furniture from York Store £3,000 including £140 installation / assembly service. The 'installers' put the metal frames upside down onto my patio flags without any of the packaging cardboard underneath while they screwed everything together & scratched the frames & fixing bracket was missing for the corner unit. After several emails to White Stores customer service were ignored (they subsequently apologised) due to technical issues, they finally offered to post a bracket & a spraycan of touch up paint & a refund of the installation fee plus a £150 refund against the sofa which I rejected. I am now dealing with Saffron in Customer Services who has responded much more quickly by email & Saffron arranged to collect everything for a full refund. I made sure I was home only to be told by the courier company they couldn't fit the items on their van. I have sent Saffron another email .... :(

After a defective installation of a pergola on 6th June, Whitestores promised a revisit from the installers - I have called and emailed multiple times and 3 weeks later there still no date for revisit. The customer service teams is not able to provide any information and it can take 10 minutes to get through on the phone. Every time they say someone in management is dealing with it yet they refuse to put you through to the person who is dealing with it.

I have ordered a pagola including fitting and then some strip lights recently to retro fit ourselves. The fitters for the pagola where very polite and efficient. I can't praise the customer service enough. I would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service instore, lots of choice, delivery excellent

Having had a frustrating week trying to resolve an issue with a faulty item I spoke with Jenny in customer service who was amazing. Resolved the problems very quickly and was very understanding.

Delivered on time

Damaged boxes upon arrival. Paid £1199 for a garden sofa. Isnt worth the price. Cheap product. Then they've got the cheak to tell you it's your responsibility to pay for it to be return. So say £1199 refund - £277 to return. Which means I'm down £277. Never again will I pay for product from somewhere that isn't a well known brand. Absolutely shocking.

Ordering, the delivery and the actual product was totally as expected, however, the assembly instructions for putting together the chairs was almost non existent. The diagrams were basic and there were no written instructions. Once we had assembled the first chair, the second one was easy and the product very good.

Delivery was slightly later than expected but communicated via email. Very pleased with corner sofa, cushions seem good quality. Have treated wooden table top

We’d thought about a pergola all last year and decided to take the plunge before summer. We were fed up of moving parasols on the patio. I did some research and discovered that White Stores (who we’ve bought garden chairs from before) offered the pergola we wanted at a competitive price and with a good delivery time. We realised that installation was also offered in our area and thought the price very reasonable. I contacted White Stores re delivery as we were arranging appointments and received a very helpful reply. The pergola was installed efficiently and we love it! Thank you

I’ve literally just ordered 2 more chairs to go with my Leanna Bistro Set after chatting with Ryan today who was so helpful advising me with a slight wonky table but after his advice it’s now sitting perfectly on our patio! Who knew it was a so simple to resolve. The quality is amazing and we are really happy with our Legacy Pergola too!
