Order was delivered promptly and outside table and chairs were of excellent quality.

We recently purchased the Vogue corner set during the sale and weren’t expecting delivery until July — but to our surprise, it arrived early in mid-June! We absolutely love it. The delivery team (Luke & Brian) were fantastic — they skillfully navigated a narrow side path to get the (huge!) boxes to exactly where we needed them. Assembly was straightforward for the two of us. One item did arrive damaged, but customer service was brilliant and arranged a replacement to be sent out promptly. Overall, we’re really pleased with the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from White Stores again.

Just wanted to say a Big thank you to 'White Store' staff from the time I ordered to the time our pergola was put up. Tyrone & Dylan fitted our Pergola yesterday, nice guys, tidy and cleaned up afterwards. We are so please and would recommend this company.

I purchased a Protex Outdoor Living - Cover Pack for Left Hand Corner Sofa Lounge Dining Set (Product code: W25359) after measuring my furniture and googling some options. These protext covers looked the best quality and were a good price - white stores were quite high up in the google results. On the White Stores website it was easy to find what I was looking for, and the videos of products a great idea. The videos cinched the deal for me as my sofa was not from White Stores and had slightly different measurements to their products. The video highlighted some play in the material with straps to pull it all tight once fitted. One of my lengths was 10cm off the listed size but this extra slack meant it would fit - it fits perfectly with only a small bit of tightening of the straps required. The 4 star rating is not a 5 star due to one minor issue with the design/build of the covers: this cover set has a number of securing straps (a short strap at each corner and two longer straps one on each of the two long edges). The two longer straps go under the sofa and clip at the front - these straps could do with another 10cm of material as they are very difficult to connect, with only a few mm material left in the buckle. The width of my sofa is the same as that listed in the cover spec so it isn't like I have an extra wide sofa. Apart from the two long straps being difficult to buckle up under the sofa (which is an annoyance more than a problem), the covers are brilliant: high quality, great fit, good looks.

Purchased expensive parasol with LED. Trusted reassuring brand and website re quality. Arrived damaged. Replacement also damaged. Now out of stock and offering poor compensation options that either leave me no parasol or an alternative which isn’t what I want, or small compensation refund to keep it.

I am unable to rate the quality of the product as delivery has failed on two occasions. First time "could not find your address" We have only lived here 32 years! No attempt to contact us at time of delivery. Second delivery attempt - courier failed to turn up during time window. No excuse offered. Will place order with more reliable company

First time I had used White Stores , I rang on a Sunday and spoke to a very helpful lady , I then called back on the Monday and spoke to an equally pleasant man , who took my order , I am very pleased with my purchase of outdoor sofa set , a great company to do business with from start to finish , perfect , thank you .

Still no sign of cushion box ordered - v nearly delivered and then taken away again by courier. I could accept that, but tried numerous times in vain to get in touch and there is absolutely no help forthcoming. Have requested a refund

Item exactly as described. Easy to put together, and well packaged. Different to all other patio table sets I'd seen. Price was perfect for quality of the set.
