We recently had a screen and heater fitted for our pergola. The staff (Mark L and Paul) were amazing. They arrived on time, were courteous, professional, friendly, informative and showed great attention to detail. They did an absolute great job!
We've just started using it and it is perfect for our needs. Well made, comfortable and sturdy chairs. Stylish table. Arrived on time - chairs already fully constructed on delivery. Limited self assembly of table needed with easy to follow instructions. We would buy again.

We are truly enjoying our pargola especially during super hot UK summer this year. We booked it with installation which meant it was super easy from buying to using experience. The installers were a bit late from a previous job, but managed to finish before dinner time.
Really impressed with everything with my purchase. I had emails giving me status updates, and the item actually arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. It was well packaged and the quality of the item is very good. Very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.
You are asking for a review BEFORE I have even got the order. I had to ask for another date and when I heard nothing I emailed to ask where it was. Only then did I get a response for a delivery date which I hope works out.

Quality furniture cover, straps and restraints great so stays on in the wind. Wraps up really small to store. Delivery speed was great. Planning to buy another.
Edited. The experience started out badly, but the company’s customer support afterwards has been excellent. I want to write a positive review. But the installation team destroyed an expensive and sentimental tree by dropping the pergola on it during installation. I’m absolutely gutted. The tree held a lot of sentimental value and I genuinely don’t know what to do. There’s nothing that can even make this better. I wish we’d never bought it. To add. They also damaged our fire pit and the pergola won’t shut properly. It’s been a disaster.

We found their showroom in Wickford and were impressed with the high quality and friendliness of staff. Ordered a wall mounted 3x3m Nova Pergola. Ordering and delivery times were spot on. The installers turned up (Mark L and Paul) and we were immediately re-assured by their professional uniform, their friendly manner and well equipped for the job. They were expert installers and they left us with everything set up, including the heater and lighting. A very professional, quality firm to deal with.
From start to finish White Stores have been great! Went to buy a pergola and come away with a pergola and dining set. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had really good product knowledge and were more than happy to sit down and talk to us and explain in detail about all the products we were interested in without being pushy or making us feel pressured in anyway. Delivery was very flexible and were able to change to suit my work at short notice, on delivery day the crew brought everything in to my garden and had some handy installation tips. Now everything has been put together I am over the moon with the quality and how it all looks…first class
Ryan was extremely helpful. He went over and above to help me with my request for an express delivery. He made sure I had the details quickly and set every up. I am due the delivery this week so hopefully I am able to come back with a further review on that and the item.
Had to contact White Stores for a broken product, just before 12 month warranty expiry. Sent photos and description of the issue, and I was very impressed by the quickness of the response (Ryan), who immediately put through an order for replacement, within a matter of hours after contact them. Very easy warranty process which makes me confident about any future orders.
My first order and I’m thankful it’s just a bbq cover. Having paid £5.99 for delivery I had hoped it would have been despatched and with me by the latest date of today. Sadly it clearly has not yet been despatched. The email I received back recognised it should have been despatched on 27/6/25 to arrive on 28/6/25 but is ‘slightly delayed’ and ‘we have noticed it has not yet been shipped’! No offer to chase up as to why, no email to say it has been despatched. I have phoned this morning and was 10 in the queue..I chose to have a ring back…that was over an hour and an half ago and nothing to date. This is not a company I will be using again. In contrast I ordered a garden table, six chairs and a parasol from a rival company and from order to receiving the goods took a mere two days!
We bought an Apollo parasol two years ago and although we’ve looked after it, (storing it away in winter and using a cover the rest of the time) the parasol has broken off at the base. We contacted white stores and sent photos saying we deemed this a manufacturing fault they say it’s outside the years guarantee. Thankfully no one was underneath at the time as it could have caused serious injury. They have offered us a 15% discount on a new one but I think this is very poor customer service
