We paid a significant amount for a product and two installations over 2.5 months ago, with the clear understanding that everything would be completed within two weeks. Since then, we’ve had delay after delay, extremely poor communication, and at one point I was even called a liar by your sales team.. which was honestly shocking. Rhea and then Saffron both told me they’d take personal responsibility for sorting things out, but I’ve heard nothing back for a while now. It really feels like we’ve just been ignored, despite paying in good faith. This has honestly been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Once this is finally resolved, I’d strongly suggest someone with a real interest in customer care take a proper look through my whole case, and teach the team how to look after their customers!
