I needed a furniture set for next…

I needed a furniture set for next weekend so placed an order yesterday but the date it would come was after I needed it, so I paid the £89 express service fee with the delivery date stating guarantee before the 11th July so that was fab, then get an messaged today saying they can't deliver until the week after so useless the guy on the phone didn't help with anything when I stated why advertise a date for an extra £89 and not honour it and his response basically oh well it says what it says and do I want to cancel! Absolutely useless! To add to insult I originally opened a ticket as their phone lines were closed and the email reply from the ticket said he would change delivery to meet what I had paid for but the absolute useless tool on the phone said can't do nothing so cancel so completely screwed me over! UPDATE: Apparently after phone calls and chats they have reopened my order and will deliver before the 11th so will update order if it's actually followed through UPDATE: So after being told they couldn't do anything and best to cancel, so cancelled then being told by someone else they could do it so they cancelled the cancellation, it arrived today, which was perfect but would have been nice not to have to go through complete and utter agg but it's here and seems to be a lovely item!
