Sofa was delivered earlier than expected, packaged really well and delivered to the garden. The quality of the sofa is outstanding and even better than described. Very happy with the whole service from White Stores and have already recommended it to some friends.

Having placed an order for spare parts for my outside dining set , the package arrived today , but with a missing item. I rang straight away and spoke with Millie in customer services. She asked a number of pertinent questions about the delivery and state of the package and identified the issue and had no hesitation in identifying a stock room error. She immediately arranged for the missing item to be sent fast delivery and sent me email confirmation which arrived within minutes. The problem was solved quickly, efficiently with trust and courtesy. I wish this was the standard of all contacts with companies following such issues I have experienced . Thank you

Poor quality lazy Susan. Deteriorated within three years despite being stored indoors over winter. Does not represent good quality or value for money.

delivery turned up in back of truck not covered and was obviously off the shop floor [seconds]. we were told in store it was coming from depot so thought it would be new. the covers were stained and it didnt fit together properly .tried to contact them on 3 occasions as all i was told is its not new read the small print .after that wont return any correspondence poor customer care

Terrible company. My 3.5k pergola arrived damaged. 5 weeks on still no refund. Please, if at all possible do not order from this company. Customer service team needs some investment, 5 day responses to queries is not good enough in 2025.

Very good product me and my son built it. The instructions were clear and understandable.

We had a quote for a pergola with a glass roof..£32k. We did some research and found White Stores, with a showroom in Milton Keynes. Derek couldn't have been more helpful and we ordered a 7.2m x 3.6m pergola with four textile sides to cover two sets of doors on our patio on our extremely windy farm. In 12 years we have hardly used our garden due to the wind. My husband built it. The instructions were good, apart from how to secure the legs. The help desk told us to use post Crete. Rubbish idea. No way it would have held in the wind so we dug it all out and poured concrete. Honestly, it is the best thing ever, we have used it every single day. It has created a new room for eating and relaxing, in all weathers. Through the heatwave, amazing. In the rain, super cosy. I was cautious about spending £6k, but it's a fraction of the price originally quoted by another company. The quality is superb. In high winds the textiline screens don't budge as they feed into runners and lock into place at the bottom. We fitted festoon lights that we already had on stick on hooks. Not keen on the led strip lights and they were an extra £500. It's so cosy. Honestly, the quality and price is excellent for a whole extra room that works with the weather. We are thrilled with it

Update. Following our bad experience at the Wickford store, we cannot fault the work of the Customer Service team who corrected our order very quickly and also compensated us for the experience. Thumbs up in particular for Jade who did the bulk of the work. Terrible customer service in the store. We drove for an hour to the Wickford store having already had a phone quote to see the pergolas and look for possible garden furniture. We spent about three hours in the shop in total and were spoken to once; after about an hour a salesperson spoke to us (only to point out the price of the furniture we were sitting on). We then spent another two hours choosing furniture, colours and sizes to suit the pergola carting footstools and seat cushions around. We finally went to the counter (after about 3 hours) with our quote and details of the furniture we had decided to buy. We were very hot and tired (upstairs was sweltering but we were not offered a drink). There were two members of staff there. After a discussion about loose cushions (we weren’t able to buy the display ones) one of the staff left the counter. The one who had spoken to us earlier said “oh you were looking at the Ciara” to which we said Yes. She then walked out from the counter and walked across the shop floor talking to other customers and started having a conversation with two other members of staff leaving us at the counter. We very nearly walked out at this point and it was only after a few minutes when I called out and asked if anybody wanted to sell us something that two of them quickly returned to the counter. I certainly hope they weren’t on commission, we basically did everything ourselves. We didn’t know about rainproof covers so bought those separately. Good salespeople would have welcomed customers, discussed the project, helped with advice, offered a drink and certainly not left people at a counter who were going to spend approx £7000 to go and have a conversation. This is a review of shop customer service only. The woman we spoke to on the phone was really helpful with the quote and when we subsequently added on the cover.

Rhea dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. So impressed with the handling and resolution of this issue. Would highly recommend Whitestores. Quality product and service.

Called in the store when passing on our journey home, found a furniture cushion storage box that we liked and the young lady held it for us until we were able to return to collect at a later date, excellent customer service, polite and very helpful, even made a coffee for us when we returned to collect ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived on time , in large cardboard boxes which the drivers unpacked and carried through the furniture to garden. The furniture itself is very well made the cushions are luxurious very thick and the material is waterproof. Very very pleased with my purchase.
