A fabulous garden sofa set which is made of aluminium rather than steel, which rusts easily. Had my eye on the set for a while and then it was reduced in the sale. Delivery was prompt and any issues dealt with easily and quickly.
I contacted White Stores regarding replacement of a rattan coffee table. My enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by Millie who organised a replacement coffee table under warranty. Excellent service.

Unfortunately the item was partially damaged (dents in a number of louvres) which required replacements. The Customer Service team did deal with this promptly however.

Brilliant company - so easy to communicate with, either by phone or email. Talk to a human. And I had a lovely lady called Janice. Our umbrellas arrived two days early of the estimated delivery time. However, unfortunately there was a small part missing. I rang and then emailed Janice with a picture of the missing part and she sent me a complete replacement of the umbrella not just the missing part. Can't rate this company (or Janice) highly enough. Small damage on top of parasol was offered £25 off a future purchase, not really sure I want to purchase something in the future so not really any compensation for the damaged parasol. Item was delivered 2 days after the estimated delivery date
Had an issue with a chair, Millie dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and resolved the problem. Awaiting a replacement early September when new stock arrives.
Easy to order
I have been trying for about a month to resolve an issue. Despite numerous emails and failure to contact by phone I have decided to reach out by this method as all else has failed. To say I'm disappointed doesn't even begin to cover how I feel. Im really delighted to add that following this review I have been contacted and we are now discussing a resolution.
Good clear site , easy to navigate and find required goods. Good checkout of goods. Item received on schedule well packaged and at a great price. Item performs well on bbq. All in all cannot complain
