The salesperson in the shop in MK was very good, pleasant and helpful so a good experience for us in buying the product. He explained all the insides and out of the umbrella and how it worked and gave all the information needed. However, a couple of points to note. Although we did not order or want the lighting for the umbrella it did come with all the bits needed which I think is wasteful and were just thrown away. Also, inside the umbrella it was tied up with bits and pieces which prevented it being opened in the first place and was not noticeable when putting it up and trying to operate it. A notice about these bits would have been useful and saved some time and anguish. Anyway, it's a good product and we are glad to have bought it.
