Terrible company
The Customer Service from White Stores has been horrific. I pre-ordered garden furniture in April for delivery in May. This arrived faulty and I requested to reject the items and recieve a refund. White Stores initially confirmed they would do this however did not arrange for the collection of my faulty furniture and completely ignored my emails. Luckily i had part paid with my credit card so I raised a credit dispute. Through this they eventually made contact and arranged collection of my furniture. This was collected 15 days ago and again I have heard nothing from them since. I have had no refund and they are continuing to ignore my emails asking for an update. I have never experienced such bad customer service. This has been ongoing for over 2 months, I am still out of pocket and still receiving terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company. If you do want to make a purchase please use a credit card so you have another avenue of dealing with them in case of any issues.
