Brilliant service - quick fuss free delivery - great item
Went into the Wickford store today after our rattan table had started to come apart. It was out of warranty so wanted to find out if they provided a repair service that we would happily pay for. Neil, the manager was so helpful and managed to order us a brand new replacement table top! Absolutely fantastic customer service! Would recommend this company and in particular the Wickford branch as they have always been more than helpful and the aftercare is second to none!!

Never ever again will I use these liar's. I ordered a Christmas tree in the sale and was given a dispatch email to say it was on its way and would arrive the next day it never did and then after a few more days it still didn't arrive and the tracking still hadn't changed so I got in contact with them and they told me it was with the courier and they have it so I contacted the courier who said they definitely had not picked it up yet and that's why the tracking hadn't changed and said that white stores had lied to be so I contacted the white stores to say I wanted to cancel my order since it hadn't left them yet they never got back to me instead they sent the tree out that very night and it was delivered the next day. I wouldn't have minded it being over a week late if they were honest but to lie to me is disgusting and I'll never shop here again. The tree was also horrible as it has all yellow over it and it was supposed to be a new snowy tree. After the horrible customer service they gave me I couldn't be bothered returning so it's gone in the skip.
First delivery was damaged.It was only when I received replacement that I realised that the first consignment was not even complete as there were no instructions in the box and packing items were missing. If so why was I sent something that had probably been returned damaged already.Perhaps someone thought I might not notice the damage!!
Happy with the quality of the product and the service. Only minor comment is no reply when I phoned a couple of times.

Bought some garden furniture a few months ago from White Stores which has been an excellent purchase. One of the items was a parasol but I inadvertently lost ondo the screws that kept things in place. Really tremendous service and help from Reece Collen to sort out the issue. Huge thanks to Reeve for helping me out.
I placed an order with White Stores on 2nd July (Order No: 000543600) for a pergola with installation included, advertised with delivery in 7–9 working days. The pergola arrived 3 days late, but I accepted a goodwill gesture offered by White Stores to make up for it. However, the real issue began after delivery. We are now in week 3 since the pergola arrived and I have still had no installation and no update. White Stores failed to pass on the premium installation request to the installer (Byeway), so the installation never got scheduled. I’ve followed up multiple times, but there has been zero progress. To make things worse, when I checked their website again, installation is no longer available for my postcode, even though it is for other areas—and the price has now increased by £50. This feels like a clear case of false advertising and a serious lack of accountability. I paid for a full-service product with installation, and weeks later, I still don’t have what I paid for—or even a timeline. Very disappointed. Would not recommend White Stores if you’re expecting reliable service, accurate delivery windows, or proper follow-through on installation.
The purchasing of my gorgeous new 6 piece corner suite was a wonderful experience, I had been let down by a major retailer and White Stores were able to fulfill my order and have it delivered next day! Derek was helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble and he even called to let me know to look out for a text confirming delivery. 1st class customer service from Milton Keynes.
