Great customer service from Joe head of retail at White Stores who provided great communication throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to purchase further products from this store. Everything arrived when we was told it would and we are very satisfied with the end product. Would highly recommend.

I had a small issue that required a resolution, after emailing White stores I received a prompt reply from Ryan and he went above and beyond to solve the problem and send the replacement part. I am very happy with the way Ryan dealt with my request.

Communication for delivery was great and arrived promptly. I did however call up for some support on Friday 1st Aug and was told by (Reece) to email and he’d reply straightaway with a PDF copy of the manual for Pergola but he didn’t do so unfortunately (and still hasn’t!). Quality of pergola is good

Wonderful furniture and very comfortable. I had one small issue with one of the covers I ordered separately and this was resolved without issue. Great customer service and I will happily shop here again.

Ordered some garden furniture online, we were contacted regarding delivery and it all went very smoothly. The furniture was assembled by Mark L and Paul H who did a great job, were very friendly and disposed of all the packaging. I would highly recommend!

Really helpful in showroom, straightforward ordering process, delivery on time and within our date range for our event, professional installers who did a lovely neat job. Only small criticism was the continued requests to complete a “site survey questionnaire” which we did 3 times! Overall a good experience and we would recommend…well done 😊👍

Salesman on first visit very unhelpful. Very good at telling me what I couldn't have not what you could do before finally losing interest in us and disappearing into office. Think he thought we was time wasters.

Furniture set and storage box arrived quickly and are extremely good quality. I was especially pleased that the corner sofas only needed one arm to be attached and corner join to be clipped together.
