Everything arrived on time and would buy again from this company

I ordered the seating set from our local whites store this is the 1st outdoor set we have purchased and this 1 looked lovely and was great value. When the set arrived and we put it together we realised that they didn't match up. I got straight on to customer services sending photos and I was promptly emailed back by Ryan. He asked for a couple more photos and the problem was promptly resolved with him ordering us a replacement seat. I was quite surprised how quickly this was dealt with as you read of many companies taking ages to rectify things. Will definitely recommend whites to our friends. Thankyou Ryan

Great product. Very good quality and service. Have used White Stores before and would do so again. Bought the set for my parents who are in their 80's and they loved how stylish and comfortable the chairs are. Also light enough for them to move around easily. Delivery was really good, courier contacted us and informed at each step. Got the set in the sale so happy with the price.

We were very impressed with the customer service from Derek. He welcomed us to the store and gave us time to look around. Derek discussed our requirements and found three types of sofa and chair. The sofa and chairs are of a high standard and a very reasonable price. Also included free delivery. We are looking forward to delivery next week.

The furniture is amazing, very strong, comfortable and sturdy. So good for the price we paid. The service both in store and over the phone was incredible. I placed an order in store on Thursday 24th July and was given a delivery date of approx 6 Aug. Not only did my furniture come within 2 working days when I then rang with a query on Tuesday 28th and Courtney Roy ( the manager of the Milton Keynes store) remembered me without asking any details. The query was sorted with good advice and helpfulness. I then placed an additional order online but didn’t realise I could add a code to obtain an additional 10% off. I emailed and Ryan Hammans sorted this out for me no problem. Thank you

We found the garden furniture we wanted very easily. Placing the order was straightforward and good tracking of its progress followed. On delivery, the furniture was well packed and secured.

Great service. Really lovely outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, the bag containing the screws/bolts etc had burst during transit and we were a few screws etc short when putting it together. I rang customer services and we had a whole new set within a few days. I'm happy to recommend this company. Communication was good from ordering to delivery(and afterwards)

Buying garden furniture is difficult from online stores. At the Milton Keynes outlet the staff were very well trained and knowledgeable about the products displayed. This meant the expectation and actual experience matched. So a great outcome.

Outstanding delivery and assembly done by Mark L and Paul. We had a 4 x 3m pebble pergola delivered and assembled by these two gentlemen and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. They were both very helpful, informative and polite. They ensured we understood how to operate and maintain the pergola at the end. Very happy customer

Great service great product

Great service and advice from Ryan regarding a potential purchase. The digital assistant didn't work effectively and so I phoned the company. A bit of a wait but some useful advice from Ryan helped and the purchase is now made.

On line shopping experience was great - clear and easy and some Good offers which we weren’t told about in store.
