I returned an item but didn’t realise I needed a return slip (you could make that easier to find on your website). However, Jade Mulder was very quick to respond, explained what information they required, checked on the status and kept me informed. Good customer service makes such a difference and this was a positive experience.

Excellent service and easy to navigate site. I recently purchased the Isabella two seat sofa set, it was delivered within 4 working days. The item only required the table top to be secured to the frame. The quality of the furniture is first class and very comfortable - I would recommend this comapny to any prospective purchasers

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Bought a table and chairs two months ago and the glass popped one morning. Spent a frantic morning cleaning up the glass from the grass in case my four-year-old daughter tried on some and searching for replacement glass online! On the off chance I phoned white stores asking if they would be willing to replace the glass and a WONDERFUL lady called Rhea F. was amazing from start to finish! Replaced the glass as a good will gesture at no cost and was just thoroughly lovely! Top service and the quality of the products is also 5 star!
I ordered the Essence Cambridge Rattan Corner Sofa Dining Set with Rising table garden furniture a couple of months ago and have been impressed the quality of the set and enjoyed many a pleasent evening dinning outside durring the many heatwaves! I also ordered a cover for the winter when I won’t be using it which fits perfect. When the furniture was delivered the cover did not arrive unfortunately. On contacting the support team (at around 10pm on a Saturday) a had a swift response from Ryan who rectified the issue and arranged a replacement within the week. Thank you for that
I called Customer Services today as I was unable to progress an order online due to my address not being on the ‘mainland’. I spoke to Ryan who was really helpful and was able to review their delivery options. Amazingly, they were able to deliver to my remote location for a small fee, which took the hassle out of me instructing a 3rd party. Ryan was really quick and efficient, so thank you Ryan, you made my day!

The Pergola we purchased was extremely high quality and 2 of us built it in around 5hours. The whole process from ordering, delivery and customer service was 1st class. I would highly recommend White Stores and when we had a slight issue with one of the roof louvres, Jenny was very helpful replying to emails outside of working hours.

Very nice parasol. Arrived an hour or so late due to delivery driver being new to area. Meant I had to cancel something to wait in as no option to leave in a safe space. As delivery ended up an hour late I could have done what I had to cancel. Please pick a courier with the option to leave in a safe place (and not just with a neighbour).
