Superb experienceand great end product Very satisfied with ordering, delivery, value for money, quality of garden set. The only negative; it was fiddly to put together (especially if you have long finger nails) but worth it eventually
Delivery was promt and on time. I ordered a bistro set . When I unpacked it I noticed one of the chair legs was a little curved inward but it didn’t bother me much as overall I was very pleased. Unfortunately the chair now has started creaking don’t know if the two things are related. Neither me or my wife are heavy people so it’s not that. I have sent an email and am waiting for a response. original item delivered to wrong address, this cant be picked up and delivered to me, it seems it has to go back to depot over 100 miles away and then redelivered , i cant comprehend this! its been over a week since the wrong delivery , i bought and paid for a pergola, it hasn't been delivered to my address, i haven't signed for it , i do not have it, yet you seem to be making this harder than it needs, it should have been sorted the same day as i notified you of the incorrect delivery within a few minutes of getting a picture of it in someone else's garden , email responses seem to take an eternity with a different person each time !!

We were really impressed with the order confirmation which we received straight away, delivery was quick and efficient. Contact was constant. Quality was excellent. It was not easy to put together and my husband needed assistance. He was most impressed with the items included and the extra items received should some be lost.

Derek was extremely helpful in store. Myself and my husband were there a long time deciding. He left us to our own devices whilst we were browsing the showroom (even though we pretty much knew what we had gone for) but was there for any queries and questions. He also helped me over the telephone after our delivery when I had a question on our canter lever parasol and base connection.
I had a slight issue with my purchase, I sent an email to ask for it to be rectified & Jade Mulder responsed with a couple of emails to ensure the right action could be taken. Long & short of it, problem was resolved with a few emails.Fabulous.

We saw their 10% ‘sitewide’ offer and based on a previous visit to their outlet store in Cambridge, braved the Black Cat roundabout closure and took a drive out there. The store was empty of customers when we arrived and no-one acknowledged us. Throughout about half an hour there we didn’t get any contact from staff. As we were leaving we spotted something and went to the counter where on asking for the 10% discount were told it was only on selected items but the lady still proceeded to take details and sell the item to us. We were quite bemused by her approach of firstly telling us their delivery charges, then not giving the discount but continuing anyway with the sale. She did help take one chair to our car, which I guess is a level of service. We dropped a note to Customer Service asking about the discount but were told as we shopped at their outlet store, the discount didn’t apply (so sitewide meant the website and stores EXCEPT the outlet one) and that the sales team were busy with other customers when we arrived. Presumably the invisible ones! Last year staff couldn’t have been more helpful, with offers of drinks, dismantling furniture to be able to take it away and getting the extra discount even on clearance items. We actually spent almost £3,000 elsewhere that day on garden furniture from another Cambridge store after leaving feeling very disappointed. The different service levels were so different. The loss is theirs as we used to recommend them to friends and family.
Ordering was easy and delivered on time. Great quality. Really pleased with our purchase. Not used much yet as the suns disappeared!
