Call handler was competent

Call handler was competent, but I'm baffled as to why people talk to your people over the internet, taking 20 odd minutes to complete, when a phone call could do the job in 3 minutes.

I was given notice as to when they were coming & 3 team members arrived promptly. They were all really polite & helpful & kept me updated on their findings & decisions all day. They left the garden tidy and were efficient in every way. Thank you

Listened carefully and responded appropriately

I had a query about high wwater pressure. He was very good at picking up on the fact that I had some knowledge and wanted to be treated promptly. He anticipated this and agreed it should be treated as urgent. Phone call promised within 3 hours but more like half an hour. Everything explained to me well and reassured I could phone again if pressure seemed to be increasing so very reassuring

One of the better results

Unlike the local blocked drain company who spent over 3 hours trying to unblock my sewer, they also managed to block up my neighbours sewer at the same time. Wessex water arrived in no time at all and managed to unblock the sewer at their first attempt, they will be returning in the near future to raise their manhole in the lane to flush through their main sewer to ensure all is well and working as it should. Well done Dave, you were the star of the day.

Sewer backing up due to flooding

Have had an issue of water flooding the sewer and backing up in my system causing my manholes to fill with dirty water. It was decided to put a new chamber with a NRV. Alex West, Aaron Selway and Kian Williams did the work over three days and were courteous, helpful and did a really good installation and left the site very tidy.

Lifelong water bill huh?

The company's system is worse than bad. My wife and I just moved home and have been trying to apply for a new address since before the move—that was three months ago. Until now, the address has remained unchanged, and we are getting bills for the previous address. We also found that the account has another holder who was the previous resident, and this was not changeable either. Nice one, mate.
