Easy and fast
Very helpful contacts today with staff at Wessex Water, no hanging around on the phone negotiating filters and robots actual human beings. Efficient and speedy conclusion to my query. That human contact brings back memories and still works best.
I was kept informed and didn’t feel isolated during the incident.

I've moved home recently - lots of accounts to close, refunds to be issued, one can imagine. Wessex Water have been by far the most efficient. I wasnt put on hold, and the customer service person was; polite, understanding, actioned my requests in a timely manner. Compared to many large UK based companies, Wessex Water, could teach the others how it should be done.
Wessex Water arrived extremely promptly to analyse the problem and will be back to fix fairly soon. I have a job number and will be contacted.
David came on site quickly and removed the blockage to the sewer, he did leave some equipment on site and when he returned he found a second blockage had occurred. As this was after dark he came back the next day and resolved another blockage. prompt service, explained the issue, and a very positive attitude
We were visited by David Mitchell after reporting a blockage in the public sewer. He was friendly, professional and cleared the blockage in great time and cleaned up really well.

Wessex water were the tops again. After dealing with the blockage the day before another group of men, Alex, Aaron and Kian came and sorted out the manhole cover and the new brickwork required to make the site safe. This is GOOD SERVICE. Thanks very much.
Very quick and efficient service
Wessex Water have been communicative and helpful in addressing the problems I encountered in the aftermath of Storm Bert. The men they sent out to investigate the issue (Trevor and Martin) and those who came to do the work today (Paul Edney and Matt Hook) were friendly and efficient. Only four stars given because only time will tell if the solution is working. Thanks to all at WW.

I noticed that I was in credit but a few hundred pounds, went on the chat to be told that they keep that back for when my new bill is released and I asked what my usage is and they said higher than what I pay on direct debit but couldn't answer how I then come to be in credit, they just want to keep hold of your money and I'm not happy at all.
I contacted Wessex Water by about a possible blockage in the drain in my road. The phone was answered promptly by a very helpful, reassuring and professional customer services operative, she said someone would be contacting me that day. Within two hours I was contacted by Jay, the on call operative who gave me a time to expect his arrival. Jay physically cleared the blockage within a very short time, he followed up by checking on camera that all was cleared, he was cheerful, informative and extremely professional. I am very impressed with the excellent service I received, thank you very much.
