Attended same day!

I contacted WW for advice on a sewage smell in the property. They logged a job and sent someone out to investigate same day. The issue turned out not to be the responsibility of WW, but nonetheless it's reassuring to know they will act upon a customer's call promptly.

I originally contacted by email last week and didn't even get an acknowledgement, B-U-T - I telephoned this morning and the phone was immediately answered by a real person within microseconds who was very helpful and knowledgeable and it seems that they are dealing with my notification forthwith. Quick to answer & always helpful!

Really quick pickup time and always friendly. These guys have been assisting me with an ongoing issue for some few months and have always been friendly and knowledgeable in dealing with my requests and helping me understand. Had a blocked sewer drain

Had a blocked sewer drain, rang emergency line, told someone would be out that day. 2 hours later David arrived and sorted the problem promptly and efficiently telling us everything he was doing and what the situation was. Luckily for us not our initial problem but getting sorted nevertheless. Great service
