Thanks Wessex Water

Although I am a Thames water customer (unfortunately), Wessex Water are responsible for waste water in my area. My rented property regularly has issues with foul waste and Wessex Water always come and solve the problem.

Blocked main village sewer

The main village sewer blocked and flooded our patio and kitchen. Dave & Jack arrived within 1 1/2 hours, found the blockage (fatberg), cleared it with a pressure washer, and inspected the drains with a camera, and cleaned up the mess and disinfected the area. Very efficient and friendly.

We had loss of water supply due to a leak on the public road.…

We had loss of water supply due to a leak on the public road, reported to Wessex Water and within 10 mins a supply of bottled water was delivered by a very nice, pleasant young man and the leakage was dealt with very promptly and we were kept informed of the progress all the way through. Well done and thank you Wessex Water. Excellant serice.

Super quick unblocking

My drains started playing up so i spoke to representative in an online chat she arranged a call out for today. A lovely engineer called Ricky Nelmeas responded to the call out at my home today, he was professional and friendly, he found the problem straight away and had the drain unblocked in no time at.
