Brown murky water.

Liam, Wessex Water representative was great. Phoned us back many times. Had a phone call this evening to say water now showing correct readings. Already been allocated £5 refund for having to run cold tap for some considerable time.

We lost our water supply and contacted…

We lost our water supply and contacted Wessex water online. They were able to tell us that it was planned work in the area. Later in the day we received a letter telling us the same thing however it was posted eight days ago and had been delayed in the post. Poor communication but the online service was top notch.

First Class Service

I am shocked at how much of an excellent service Wessex Water provided to me and my neighbours this week. They picked up the phone after only a couple of rings. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who arranged a call out within a little over 12 hours! It would have been sooner had they not been so busy. I was kept informed throughout the wait for the drain service person. Why can't this be the standard?!

Disgusting service

I phoned Wessex water yesterday to say there was water bubbling up from our drive and down the road, told them I’m registered as disabled and use the path to get to our car, thank god it’s not icey at the moment, I’d be stranded in the house, they then said to my partner they’d be out in 2 days , I’m on a water meter, if they think they are getting any money, think again, disgusting service

Wessex water Live chat with Callen

Wessex water Live chat was the best live chat experience of any website I have experienced. I felt like I was talking to a real person unlike many of the unhelpful AI versions on other websites. The information was clear and exactly what I needed to know, so the problem was solved extremely quickly. Plus the politeness that we all deserve when dealing with a potentially stressful problem, really does help. Thanks to Callen.

I contacted Wessex water today

I contacted Wessex water today, due to an interruption in my water supply, I spoke with a very polite young lady, who was helpful, courteous and gave me answers to my query. I received really good customer service from her, it really was nice to be helped in a lovely manner. Please pass on my thanks to Hannah.

Wessex Water always deliver first rate service from the phone being answered promptly initially to the completion of the job. All the staff are friendly, polite and deliver first class customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent experience

We have just had a water meter installed by Danny from Wessex Water Authority. What a painless and pleasant procedure! Danny was ‘on time’ polite and very professional. He did a magnificent job. 😁No mess to clear up 😁 We have no hesitation in recommending him/the company.
