Lifelong water bill huh?
The company's system is worse than bad. My wife and I just moved home and have been trying to apply for a new address since before the move—that was three months ago. Until now, the address has remained unchanged, and we are getting bills for the previous address. We also found that the account has another holder who was the previous resident, and this was not changeable either. Nice one, mate.
