The two men who worked on the drains were very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer questions and they tried very hard to keep the disruption to a minimum. Thank you for being so nice!

We've had to call upon Wessex Water twice to clear blockages downstream in the public sewer that has caused a backup in our inspection chamber. In both occasions they responded really promptly and worked quickly got things flowing again.
I am extremely pleased with the work done by Ollie Haigh very professional could not fault the service I received.
I have had a visit from 2 people from Wessex Water today. One was Tom who checked from dripping taps and advised on how to reduce water usage - he checked toilets and gave me two fixtures; one for my kitchen tap and also a different shower head. He also checked the water meter. I then had another visit from Mark who was extremely thorough and checked the water meter, checked for a leak and explained everything so well to me. He also advised me about Priority Services and gave me a leaflet which I have now applied for over the telephone to an extremely helpful lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name) All 3 of these staff were so helpful and I couldn’t praise them more highly. I am very grateful to Wessex Water for providing such an excellent service and helping with a bill problem as I had a very high meter reading.

If I could give Shelly 10 stars I would! I pay my bills monthly by direct debit, so when I received an unexpected bill reminder today (for a rather large amount) the panic set in. I could prove I was making regular payments, but nothing was recorded against my account. I called customer service, expecting a long and stressful conversation where I would need to talk to multiple people. Instead, I was put through to the angel that is Shelly. She was friendly, calm, helpful and extremely determined. In less than 15 minutes, she found the issue, fixed it, and even made me laugh! Thank you again Shelly!

Despite having my email address Wessex water don’t tell me I have a bill via that but send 6 pieces if A4 paper to my communal hallway followed up by a threatening late notice letter on yet more paper. Imagine being so inefficient. A disgrace.
Rang with an issue in the morning, spoke to a helpful operative called Roan who listened carefully and actioned a visit, and just a few hours later a very competent engineer, Jack arrived at my home and undertook the survey needed. Further investigation planned but that is excellent service from professional operatives, at remarkable speed - for which I'm grateful!
